    Starting on January 8th, 2010, The Snow Junkies will embark on an epic journey of dirtbag proportions. We’re getting a hold of an RV, quitting our jobs, and hitting the open road.

    Our mission: 50 different ski areas in 100 days.

    Why? We love roadtrips and we love powder. Our journey kicks off in Utah. Then it’s off to California, Oregon, Washington, and Canada. Along the way, we’re going to be digging up the best ticket deals, the cheapest places to crash, and where to throw back a drink or three.

    100 Days of Winter: The Next Journey

    15 Ski Areas, 5 Countries, 1 Backpack

    Seven years ago, I embarked on an ambitious snow journey across the American West that we fondly called 100 Days of Winter. Since then, I've spent my summers focused on the sister adventures of 100 Nights of Summer (15 music festivals in 15 weekends in 15 countries). I've always wanted to repeat the 100DOW experience so seven years later, I'm off again to search for powder, secret stashes, and parties.

    The mission this time? I'm going to check out 15 ski areas in 5 countries and carry everything I need on my back. Eastern Europe is the destination and I'm curious to see how the East rides.
